Professional development grant
THE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT GRANT IS BAFF’S WAY OF INVESTING IN ITS ALUMNI’S CONTINUED GROWTH. IT FUNDS ATTENDANCE AT CONFERENCES AND TRAINING THAT DEEPEN BALTIC–AMERICAN TIES, BUILD PROFESSIONAL SKILLS, AND STRENGTHEN THE BAFF ALUMNI COMMUNITY – WITH THE EXPECTATION THAT RECIPIENTS BRING THAT KNOWLADGE BACK HOME AND SHARE IT.
WHO IS IT FOR?
Open to alumni of BAFF's Research Scholar, Graduate Scholar, and Professional Internship programs, as well as Leadership Academy alumni who've completed at least a first-level degree (or can otherwise show clear professional development value)
Eligibility requirements:
Must have completed your BAFF program at least two years before applying
Must currently reside in Estonia, Latvia, or Lithuania
Teams of 2-3 alumni are encouraged (ideally from complementary professions, industries, or across Baltic states) - solo applicants are welcome too, but must justify why they're applying alone

Selection is competitive, weighing team composition, relevance of the training, plans for implementing new knowledge, and the value of Baltic representation at the event.
