Executive program
THE BAFF EXECUTIVE PROGRAM IS AN ACTION-ORIENTED LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR BAFF ALUMNI. IT GIVES EXPERIENCED LEADERS THE SPACE TO STEP BACK FROM DAY-TO-DAY DEMANDS, FOCUS ON AN IMPORTANT PROFESSIONAL CHALLENGE, AND TURN IDEAS INTO MEANINGFUL PROGRESS.
Participants work in small peer groups with expert coaches through interactive sessions, practical assignments, and focused feedback. The program combines leadership development with the experience and diverse perspectives of the BAFF alumni community.
WHO IT’S FOR?
The program is designed for BAFF alumni who currently serve as:
Executives or senior leaders in the private, public, or nonprofit sectors
Founders or co-founders
Leaders responsible for teams, organizations, or significant strategic initiatives
Participation is by invitation. Candidates are nominated and selected by the BAFF Alumni Council; there is no open application or self-nomination process.

Groups are formed according to participants’ leadership experience and the topics most relevant to their professional goals.

Participants will have the opportunity to:
Focus on a specific leadership goal or organizational challenge – Explore practical solutions through guided discussion and real-life scenarios
Receive constructive feedback from peers and an expert coach
Test and refine ideas through focused assignments
Build accountability and maintain momentum between sessions
Gain perspectives from leaders working across different sectors and countries
Strengthen strategic connections within the BAFF alumni community
The program is designed to help participants move from reflection to action and achieve tangible progress toward their goals.
PROGRAM FORMAT
Each group follows a four-session journey tailored to its topic. Sessions combine facilitated discussion, peer learning, reflection, and practical application.
Between sessions, participants complete assignments connected to their individual leadership goals. During the following session, they share progress, examine challenges, and refine their approach with support from the group and coach.
The final session is planned as a hybrid event, allowing participants to join virtually or meet in person. Further details about the in-person experience will be announced separately.
